Woman, 21, slain in West Oakland
Police questioned two men following the shooting death of a 21-year-old woman in her West Oakland apartment Monday afternoon. Lt. Kevin Kraus would not say if either man was considered a suspect, and police had made no arrests Monday night.

Dachshund summons help for Yamhill owner who collapsed after heart surgery
