In the past few weeks, 15 people have been arrested in Lebanon, accused of spying for Israel. Two of the suspects fled across the heavily fortified border into Israel to escape capture. Espionage carries the death penalty in the country that maintains a constant state of war with its neighbour. Al Jazeera’s Todd Baer reports from Beirut.
