horror movie from the 80’s

After waking up from a long nap, Charley (William Ragsdale) looks out his window and sees vampire neighbor Jerry (Chris Sarandon) seducing a beautiful girl. Charley takes out his binoculars and begins to spy on the two. After a few seductive moments, Jerry sees Charley spying and slowly rolls down his blinds. Startled, Charley runs to his mom Judy (Dorothy Fielding) who is asleep and tells her their next door neighbor is a vampire. However; she never believes him.

Charley then runs outside to the yard and hides in the bushes, where he sees Jerry and his roomate Billy Cole (Jonathan Stark) taking out a body bag. Charley’s mother Judy suddenly comes out also and starts calling out for Charley. Jerry and Billy hear her calls and stop. Charley then comes out of hiding and begins to run towards the house and drags his mother inside.
