Question:
Is it legal to watch your neighbor through her window undress from your home and play with yourself?
Can she press charges against me if she see me doing it?
Best Answer:
Nope…she has no expectation of privacy if the window is open and you’re in your own home. Enjoy.
P.S. Be discreet though. You might BOTH be down for a count of indecency, if you’re exposing your goodies to passersby.
